Job Description

Lead the Agile Scrum process, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Attend meetings with clients’ project team for project planning, requirement discussion, design review, testing, issue resolution, etc.
Collaborate with the product owner and development team to prioritize and groom the product backlog.
Ensure adherence to Agile principles and practices throughout the project lifecycle.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
Facilitate team dynamics and foster a collaborative and transparent working environment.
Continuously monitor and improve team performance and productivity.
Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and timelines effectively.
Proactively identify and address any impediments or dependencies that may affect project delivery.
Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals and expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information system.
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) preferred.
Experience working in Agile software development environments, preferably as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Knowledge of Agile tools such as Jira, Trello, or Rally.
Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
Experience managing distributed or remote teams is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices and principles is desirable.
Previous experience in a client-facing role is beneficial.
