Camping over the weekend is a great opportunity to temporarily forget about fatigue after hours of hustle and bustle with work, helping team members bond more closely. Listening to the breath of nature, laughing together, singing along to the melody of a favorite song is an effective and simple way to heal the soul, sometimes forgotten amidst the busy whirlwind of modern life.
In April, the Product Team had a camping trip together at Tri An Lake. Tri An Lake is certainly a familiar destination for many. It is the largest artificial lake in our country supplying water for the Tri An hydroelectric dam. Tri An Lake boasts incredibly poetic scenery, with mountains, rivers, and primeval forests converging around vast, cool, spacious areas, making it a popular choice for organizing outdoor excursions, camping, and team building activities.
Ba Dat Eco Homestay has been operating for about 7 years with a countryside house space on the outskirts of Tri An Lake and forest. Located in Hamlet 2, Hieu Liem Commune, Vinh Cuu District, Dong Nai Province, about 70km from Saigon, Ba Dat Eco Homestay is also well-known and chosen as a weekend retreat by many.
This place is seen as a place for tourists to return to their childhood, experiencing a simple, rustic space. The entire house space is built from familiar environmentally friendly materials such as bamboo, thatch, and wood grown from the house itself. Ba Dat Eco Homestay is built based on the traditional houses of the Chơ Ro ethnic group, but has been improved to suit tourists coming here for relaxation.

The whole team set off for the camping site – BOHO Glamping. Here, everyone took photos together, then prepared for BBQ grilling and had fun conversations.
The next day, the entire team went paddle boarding and visited the mango orchard.
The two-day, one-night journey came to an end with unforgettable memories. Beyond being merely an outing, it served as a rejuvenating experience, fostering deeper connections among team members. Workplace happiness extends far beyond daily duties, deadlines & hitting targets. Without camaraderie and the support of close colleagues, office life would lose its vibrancy and sense of community.
